Welcome to Ginger’s Revenge. The vision of husband and wife team, David and Cristina, this place got its start in 2017. It began a couple years earlier when the pair was living in Panama, where David brewed their first batch of alcoholic ginger beer; and with easy access to the ingredients – ginger, sugar, citrus juice – the spicy delight got started one gallon at a time.

Today the operation is a little larger. And the great thing is, you can see it all taking place right here on site. The smells and the sounds are stimulating – but the brewing operation is just the beginning.

The bubbly beverage is only the starting point for fun and community in this unassuming building in the River Arts District. They have a ton of live music here bringing people together… in addition to trivia nights, standup comedy, and more. There is also a mini bookshop featuring local authors, great merch, and classic pinball machines.

If you’re new to ginger beer, good news – you can sample a variety of brews here and find your favorite. It’s fizzy, spicy, a little sweet, and naturally gluten-free. And here they focus on local, 95% organic ingredients

You can try the original, and fun flavors like Lime Agave, Hibiscus Lavender, or Cranberry Herb.
